If you want to sell your properties then first you need to create a new contact here Create New Contact After creating a contact, go to the Properties Menu, Add your property privately or publicly under 'Properties, Immediately after listing your property, you will have suitable prospective buyers.

If you are a investor and want to receive suitable offers of properties then first you also need to Create New Contact. After creating a contact, go to the Search Profile Menu Under “Search Profiles”, add your private or public search profile, ( for your ease when you will signup on the CRM we will create a sample search profile automatically for you, you can modify that search profile or create a new one as much you want. )

There is no limit on number of Contacts, Properties, Search Profiles that you can create.

Immediately after setting your search profile or after adding your property you can find suitable properties/search profiles by clicking on 'Matches' button under 'Search Profiles' as Shown here .

After Sign-up your active plan would be Basic Plan , with that plan you can send 100 proposals per day, please don't forgot to send them for viewing the contact details of other person property & investor's search profile upon accepting the proposal.
