But which real estate sectors are considered to be profiteers of the crisis and what financing benefits should not be dispensed with under any circumstances at the moment?

Commercial real estate and hotels under pressure

The crisis is currently most evident in the retail sector. Many shops had to close or file for bankruptcy because of the crisis. Due to the ongoing homework, the office real estate segment is also severely affected by the crisis.
