The most popular residential areas of Heilbronn include the old town of Heilbronn, parts of Horkheim, Klingenberg and Sontheim and Wartberg. Between 1950 and 1969, 35.57 percent of all residential buildings were built. 6.91 percent of the houses are new buildings built in 2000 or later.
Especially detached detached houses in Heilbronn are currently more expensive than ever. In 2017, an average of 525,000 euros were due for a single-family house, which represents a price increase of 177,000 euros compared to 2001. The price was still 348,000 euros for a detached detached house. Even less popular double and terraced houses are sold well in Heilbronn because of the lack of alternatives.
There are 10,914 single-family homes in Heilbronn, which is just over half of all residential buildings at 51.61 percent. 4,980 of these detached houses are detached, these 23.54 percent of the properties in Heilbronn are particularly popular with investors.
