The last two important criteria are the condition of the properties and, of course, their price. On the one hand, one wants to spend as little as possible on renovations and renovations after the purchase, as these are in addition to the paid purchase price. However, if you invest in renewals, the costs must be in a rewarding relationship to the current and targeted rental income. If the aim from the outset was to upgrade the property through the renovation and to sell it again after the renovation for a very profitable price, this is more of a short-term investment than a permanent investment.
