The brokerage service is an important component for us as a real estate investor, to which E1 Holding attaches great importance. Once the initial examination of the most important key data has been carried out, you will receive an expression of interest with the commission hedging. In order to be able to continue the examination in a timely manner, we expect you to provide the necessary documents for a successful purchase test.

Pre-knowledge examination property

Our own “CRM System” – E1 Plus – gives us the opportunity to check for awareness within a few minutes on the basis of the available parameters of the property. Therefore, we do not need the full address for the prior knowledge check, because we can perform a matching with the most important information such as state, location, purchase price, rental income, area information, etc., which is recorded by our purchasing team at each incoming offer.

Real estate purchase offer binding/non-binding

After a complete review, you will receive an indicative offer to buy after consultation with our financing bank. The offer to buy depends on the loan value, which is prepared by a state-recognized expert for the financing bank. As soon as we are granted acceptance of our purchase offer after consultation with the property owner, we commission the preparation of the draft purchase contract. At the latest at this stage, direct contact with the seller must be established.

Notary purchase agreement real estate

After the conclusion of the notarial purchase contract, all basic charges under Division 3 must be exempted for the time being against payment of the purchase price. The seller is responsible for the necessary deletions. As soon as the logging notary calls for the release to pay the purchase price, nothing stands in the way of us paying the purchase price on the agreed date. The broker’s commission is paid as agreed for the conclusion of the purchase contract or at the due date of the purchase price.
