It's not a new insight from the Corona Crisis

Opportunities for residential properties in worse locations

Private tenants are also affected by the Corona crisis in many ways. Some have to cope with significant loss of income because of short-time working, while others are losing their jobs as small business owners. This will lead to increased demand for housing in regions beyond the A and B metropolises, which have not been affected by the housing shortage. As a real estate investor, you should adapt your purchase criteria for real estate to the market changed by Corona. In particular, where municipal housing is pushing for the privatisation of residential properties, you should carefully consider offers.
